Commercial Service:
Building Services
Ecotect Architects are not currently providing
any commercial building services. However, Garry Baverstock
has an 'A' class building registration since 1975 and it is still
current. The practice has built many projects over the years.
This usually is reserved for projects where more control is
warranted and the market is not competitive, it usually is
structured as extension of the project management service with
greater transparency being the benefit. In the past this function
has occrred as a joint venture with another registered builder
acting as the company's site supervisor.

Special projects needing very close attention are sometimes
built in house. In the early days of the firm many buildings were
built for private clients as well. Mostly we negotiate with a
building supervisor if this service is warranted.
