Our renovation and retrofit design services begin with a consultation. This is undertaken as part of our Advisory Service, and determines the right direction that the retrofit should take.

Should our design services be appropriate for your renovation, the design process follows the same progression as for the design of a new building.

A commercial rate of 5% for full service generally applies for design and documentation but it depends on the level of detail required to attain a professional result.  The scale of the project means that large and repetitive type projects may result in a lower fee.  We can work on a time charge basis or submit a fixed fee in some circumstances.
