Government Service:
Ratings Information
Ecotect Architects are able to provide advice on ratings
requirements for commercial developments. We can also help to
organise ratings for your building through a qualified
assessor.
As a member of the GBCA the firm keeps abreast of ratings
systems and has in-house expertise. In this area, the training in
commercial rating systems and the thermodynamic calculations
involved, is a critical part of the Murdoch University Masters
Program that Garry Baverstock initiated and developed. We are
not followers but leaders in this field.
We have experience in using all rating systems and access to
specialists who can assist in having reliable ratings carried out.
Our depth of knowledge will ensure that discrepancies and errors
will be picked up easily and avoid a lot of wasted time in gaining
development or building approvals.
The firm is able to give advice prior to rating so that changes
will ensure that minimal rating runs will be needed to achieve high
levels of efficiency in commercial building designs
