Sometimes clients simply require a partial services to keep an eye on a project in an advisory capacity.

It may be during the construction phase where another architect was involved in the project initially and for whatever reason is no longer involved.  Provided that professional protocols are maintained then the firm may assist energy conserving projects reach their full potential.

We are involved in student supervision especially post government program.  Most are on a professional basis.

With building supervision we can as an extension to basic project management services provide on site supervision via one of our building supervisor colleagues, for approved clients only.

This type of work is calculated on a time charge basis, or negotiated fixed sum.  A percentage fee is also negotiable.
