Government Service:
Sustainability Assessments
Sustainability assessments can be undertaken by
Ecotect-Architects. Often this work is carried out on behalf
of local government or state development authorities.
Usually a development authority or sub committees of a local
government planning office needs independent input to assess a
development or set guidelines for a new gazetted development
precinct.
Usually a checklist or score rating is devised as a method of
assessing submissions form developers.
