Town Planning and Urban Design
Ecotect Architects have been invovled in numerous
successful urban and regional planning projects for a wide
range of clients. Our unique approach to environmental
sustainability and cost effectiveness provides a balanced process
in the preparation of high quality urban and regional
areas.
See examples of our past urban and regional planning
projects in the commercial and government sections of our project
gallery.
Ecotect-Architects has had extensive experience in this field
and will produce a concept that incorporates all the sustainability
elements for a subdivision or precinct development
Our team does recognize that this field is very complex and for
the best outcomes to be achieved it must fit into the economic
system in a way that is a victory for all aspects of society.
For this reason we have worked with Linley Lutton who is a
specialist urban designer and planner with higher qualifications
and a sound knowledge of the development approval process.
For many years we have worked with Max Hipkins, Bill Burrell of
Taylor Burrell Barnett planners, Peter Goff, and Peter Driscoll.
and many others.
Owing to Garry Baverstock's through his development company Wise
Earth Syndicate, extensive practical experience with his own
developments in Broome and Geraldton in conjunction with Mike Hulme
