Whilst one off architect designed homes are usually the domain of projects with larger budgets, we offer a range of options for people who are looking to build on any budget.

Whether it be advice and information, floor plan appraisals (see links under services) or a reduced design service, our options allow for architectural quality to be integrated in to any residential project.

Our services relating to projects with budgets below $500,000 are as follows:

• Advisory Service - advice and information or floor plan appraisals
• Reduced architectural service - we are able to provide a service tailored to your needs, for example a conept design only that you can then take to a builder for drafting and pricing.

It is imperative with this market to work with builders who specialize in simple affordable construction and finishes, fittings and fixtures that meet a tight budget.

This cost budget is really applicable to affordable and social housing projects and project home market.  Therefore much of the specification needs to be standardized and roofs shapes kept very simple, and the volume of materials minimized.
