The design of interior spaces forms an important part of an architect's services. Our Full architectural service includes selection of all interior fixtures, fittings and materials. Our final drawings include detailed specifications and documentation of all cabinetwork and internal wet areas.

Alternatively, we are able to provide advice on interior design as part of our Advisory Service.

Should the client wish to have a specialist interior design consultant work along with the practice, the process should still be a team effort led by the architects.

The designer will need to be considered an addition to the architectural fees.  We prefer to have the design work coordinated by the practice to ensure the concepts and inputs of the designer are professionally integrated into the architectural design.

Complete services by a consultant engaged by the practice on behalf of the client is usually around 0.5%, but fixed quotes are recommended based on the scope of work needed for the project.

If advice is given on an existing project by the architects alone, a time charge will apply and any input from an interior designer a disbursement fee.
