Residential Service:
Ratings Information
Ecotect Architects are able to provide advice on ratings
requirements for residential developments. We can also help to
organise ratings for your house through a qualified assessor.
In this area, the training in built environment rating systems
and the thermodynamic calculations involved is a critical part of
the Murdoch University Masters Program that Garry Baverstock
initiated and developed. We are not followers but leaders in
this field.
Garry Baverstock has been involved in the evolution of rating
systems in Australia and spent some time working on trialling the
latest version of AccuRate.
We have experience in using all rating systems and access to
specialists who can assist in having reliable ratings carried out.
Our depth of knowledge will ensure that discrepancies and errors
will be picked up easily and avoid a lot of wasted time in gaining
development or building approvals.
The firm is able to give advice prior to rating so that changes
will ensure that minimal rating runs will be needed to achieve high
levels of efficiency in commercial building designs.
