The Working Drawings stage of the design is the final preparation of architectural documentation in preparation for building licence submission and pricing from a builder. This full set of drawings and specifications is developed to ensure that the final building accurately reflects the initial design intent as per your original requirements.

• Full Working Drawings and a Specification is produced to enable the construction of the residence to your satisfaction.

• These documents are prepared to suit the local Council requirements and to enable the builder to lodge for Building Approval.

• These documents also enable the Project Manager or Builder to interpret the work to be done, and from this, prepare a Tender price for the project.

• A final revision of cost is provided in accordance with any amendments made to the plans.

• We can advise you on the selection of a Project Manager or Builder and tendering procedures, and if required will call tenders on your behalf.

• Building licence liaison is to be the Builder or Project Manager's responsibility and usually occurs after the Tender and Contract is finalised.  Our practice is available to assist the Builder to negotiate and/or clarify problems in order to obtain the Building Licence.
